Step into the shadows this Halloween at Backyard Theatre as Blabbermouth Community Storytelling presents an atmospheric evening of traditional oral folk tales, where folklore and fear might unsettle the imagination.
About This Show
At the heart of the evening is The Dead Moon — also known as The Buried Moon — an old and unsettling tale from the borderlands between myth and memory. Expect a journey into lonely places, old fears and the strange power of stories carried through the dark.
Told by Blabbermouth’s Dan Broadbent — award-winning archaeologist and storyteller — this brand-new retelling draws on eerie origins, ancient beliefs and the enduring pull of the unknown to create a Halloween performance rich in atmosphere, mystery and suspense.
